The BC event on Project Management will have the following objectives:

• Correctly understand the basic and advanced concepts related to Project Management (using PM² as the vehicle).
• Transform their ability to analyse facts and circumstances, recognise operational and business needs as well as challenges, issues and risks including at organisational level but also considering external factors and challenges of implementation resulting from the external environment
• Have ability to make effective choices and perform, manage, deliver, monitor, follow-up and monitor on projects, also report on them, particularly in the context of a transversal approach and multi-projects/portfolio approach within the IAPR closely linked to the achievement of targets set up in the IAPR strategy – ensure that a dynamic and effective work environment and teamwork environment is in place in this context
• Any other aspects which will be identified as particularly relevant in the above- described context
